A Hong Kong OEM house that owns the product from first drawing to landed container.
VIPO International Company Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong on 18 January 1980 and was acquired by its current principals from one of their earliest manufacturing suppliers — a relationship that began on the factory side of the business and ended in ownership of it.
That inversion still describes how the company operates: it works from inside the production process rather than buying finished goods off a catalogue. Alongside the OEM programme, VIPO develops and owns retail brands — of which KREM is the flagship.

Owning retail brands gives VIPO control of design, range architecture, packaging and shelf presentation rather than reselling third-party labels. KREM carries a complete visual identity across its categories and is widely available in Australia, New Zealand and Chile.
The own-brand story →
Quality control is run by VIPO's own employed staff, not appointed agents. A quality manager is permanently based in China, supported by inspectors who verify production and packaging at the factory before loading. Production runs principally in China, with additional manufacturing in India, Brazil and the European Union.
